SEAFORD - Ricky Ray Absher passed away on March 16, 2016. Ricky was born on Feb. 27, 1960, to the late Travis Ray Absher and Geraldine Rose of Bridgeville. Ricky was the owner and operator of Absher Construction Inc. since 1998. He was a hard worker and had a big heart. He would help anyone in need and give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Rachel and Claude Absher; maternal grand parents, Charles Hastings and Helen Gray. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Jonathan Absher (Sara) of Seaford; daughter, Angela Heck of Seaford; grand daughters, Faith Absher and Riley Heck; sisters, Vicky Hollis of Bridgeville, Wanda Baker of Greenwood, Darlene Dahling of Bridgeville; and his ex-wife whom he remained close to, Linda Absher of Dover. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place at the Seaford Church of the Nazarene, on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at 2 PM.
