FARMINGTON - Richard "Dickie" Smith passed away on Sat., July 6, 2013, at the Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. Mr. Smith was a heavy equipment operator by trade. He will be remembered as a big guy with a big heart who was like a teddy bear. He would give good advice to others but wouldn't follow that advice himself. He was always ready to help everybody out.
