LINCOLN - Richard passed away on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 at home. He was born Feb. 27, 1951 in Milford to Robert R. and Anne (Williams) Steward.
For 29 years Richard was the life-time partner of Bonnie Morton. They were always together. He was a man of faith and had a strong work ethic. He will be truly missed. Rest in peace.
No formal services will be held. Arrangements in the care of Berry-Short Funeral Homes, Milford.
