Rev. Gladys T. Watkins Born in Hyacinth, Virginia on April 13, 1937, departed this life on January 19, 2021 in Dover, Delaware.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Road, Dover, DE. 19901. Attendance is by invitation only. A public viewing will be held 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. with the formal home going service to follow. Interment will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, Del.
