Raymond A. Barnhart

BRIGGS, Texas - Raymond A. Barnhart was born July 11, 1977, to Ronald and Ann Flowers Barnhart, and was raised in Briggs, Texas, and attended local public schools. Following high school, he worked in the computer industry. Diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, Raymond survived several crises since February. On May 21, his valiant struggle ended. He maintained a deep faith, a love for the Bible, a joyful, playful spirit, and a childlike trust in God. Predeceased by an infant sister, Linda Sue, Raymond is survived by his parents, his brother, and his uncle, Rev. Thomas Flowers of Smyrna. Funeral services took place in Texas. Fr. Tom will offer a memorial Mass on June 3, at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to defray Raymond's medical expenses and burial costs.
