BALTIMORE, Md. - Phillip H. White, of Baltimore, passed away peacefully in his sleep Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, in his home. He was born June 24, 1942, to the late Homer White Jr. and Elizabeth P. White. Phillip grew up in Harrington, Del., and later in life moved to Baltimore. He was a jack-of-all-trades and was liked by everyone he met. He was also willing to lend a helping hand. He is preceded in death by his twin sister, Phyllis White; and a brother, Frederick White. He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters, Teresa Bowers of Dover, Del., Frances Daniels and Bea Harris (Phillip) both of Harrington, Del.; three brothers, Frank White of Houston, Del., James White (Terri) of Harrington, Del., and Nathan Bryant (Leola) of Millsboro, Del., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including Mrs. Ford and special friends in Baltimore. Services will be private. Arrangements by Bennie Smith Funeral Home.
