Patrick Layne Zimmerman

Patrick Layne Zimmerman, 4 SUDLERSVILLE, Md., - Patrick Layne Zimmerman, of Sudlersville, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2008. He was 4. Born on Sept. 11, 2003, he was the son of Ethan & Bethany (Allgyer) Zimmerman. In addition to his parents, Patrick is survived by two sisters, Heather Brooke and Megan Leigh, both at home; maternal grandparents Emanuel and Anna Mary (Horning) Allgyer of Johnsonville, Ill.; paternal grandparents Fred and Sandra (Bauman) Zimmerman of Clayton, Del.; maternal great-grandfather LeRoy Allgyer of Womelsdorf, Pa.; and paternal step-great-grandfather A. Elvin Bauman of Manheim, Pa. He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother Leora (Miller) Zimmerman. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, in the Kenton Mennonite Church, 2422 Chance Rd., Clayton, Del. Viewing will be on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming, Del. Letters of condolences may be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
