Service of Celebration will be held 12 pm Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Road, Dover, DE. A Public Viewing will be held 10 am – 12 pm with the formal home going service to follow. Interment will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
