DOVER - Norman L. Jackson, III passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Bayhealth @ Kent General Hospital. Norman was born June 29, 1943 in Felton the son of the late Norman L. Jackson, Jr. and Adelia Jackson.
He served eight years in the United States Air Force. He later worked for Leeds International Sound Corporation, Dover Downs, Harrington Raceway, Delaware Park and the Delaware State Fair.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Parnell; nephew, Robert Parnell (Mary); niece, Joan Parnell; great niece, Katie Parnell; great nephew, Matthew Parnell; and a good friend/ caretaker, Tom Marciano.
Burial will be private.
