Norma Jean Lane, 73

HEBRON, Md. - Norma Jean Lane of Hebron passed away on Monday, July 2, 2007, at Coastal Hospice by the Lake in Salisbury, Md. She was 73.

She was born on May 17, 1934, in Denton, daughter of the late Albert Satterfield and Viola Harris Satterfield.

Mrs. Lane graduated from Hurlock High School, class of 1952.

She was a hairdresser for more than 30 years.

Mrs. Lane was preceded in death by her husband, Glenwood Lane; and a brother, William Satterfield.

She is survived by a daughter, Robin Kalpakidis and her husband, John of Mardela Springs; three sons, Douglas Lane and his wife, Jessica, Glen Lane and his wife, Teresa and Allan Lane, all of Hurlock; seven grandchildren; a brother, Allen Satterfield of Cambridge; four sisters, Doris Wright of Seaford, Joyce Coyne of Madison, Shirley Satterfield of East New Market, Jeanette Baker of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday at the Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. in Federalsburg, where friends may call two hours prior.

Interment will be private.
