Service of Celebration will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Rd., Dover, DE 19901. Attendance is by invitation only. Public viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with celebration of life to follow. In the interest of public health, the wearing of masks and the practice of social distancing will be enforced. Interment in Barratt's Chapel, Frederica, Del.
