She was born on Dec. 11, 1930, the daughter of the late Frederick and Ida Koski Robbins.
Nancy met her husband at the M & M Diner in Wilmington, where they were both employed. They were married in 1956 and lived in Wilmington until 1967. They then moved to Dover where they owned Perry's Pancake House, then later Perry's Steak House for many years. After leaving Dover they moved to Lewes, where they've made their home for the past 20 years.
She was a member of Capitol Baptist Church for 50 years, where she served in various capacities.
Nancy was fun loving; loved playing Scrabble and Phase 10, which she always won. She loved reading, cooking, her weekly visit to the hairdresser, watching the Phillies with her husband, and keeping up with the lives of her children and grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother and grandson.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Walter Peretiatko, Sr.; three daughters, Sheryl Aaron (Ray) of Cambridge, Md., Anna Parker (Wyatt) of Greenville, S.C., and Ruth Beltran (Jose`) of New Castle; four sons, Walter Peretiatko, Jr. (Jodi) of Schererville, Ind., David Peretiatko (Cathleen) of Jamestown, N.C., John Peretiatko (Stacy) of Las Vegas, Nev., and Steven Peretiatko (Laura) of Frederica; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister, Laura Wright of Frederick, Md.; a special niece, Kathy Dantone (Vince) of Bowie, Md.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Capitol Baptist Church, 401 Kesselring Ave., Dover, DE 19904. Viewing will be one hour prior to funeral service.
Interment will be held at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
