MILLSBORO - Nancy Ellen Adkins, of Millsboro, age 76, passed away surrounded by her loving family at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore on Nov. 29, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, George Allen Adkins; one daughter, Vanessa Adkins Megee and her husband Terry; one son, Stanton Adkins and his wife Marjorie; her sisters, a brother-in-law, four grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. A funeral service and celebration of her life will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19939. Rev. Leroy Jones will officiate. Calling hours and a time for visitation with the family will be held from noon until 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Millsboro Cemetery, Millsboro.
