Milda I. Berzins, 103

OCEAN VIEW - Milda I. Berzins of Ocean View, died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2006, in Millsboro. She was 103.

She was born in Riga, Latvia.

Mrs. Berzins was a homemaker and assisted her husband on the family farm, raising chickens and working hard her whole life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolfs Berzins in 2001.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Valdis Berzins and Modris "Morris" and Nancy Berzins, all of Ocean View; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Ocean View chapel of Melson Funeral Services, West Avenue, Ocean View, where friends may call one hour earlier.

Burial will be private.
