Matilda M. (Ferguson) Marth, 79

LEWES - Matilda M. (Ferguson) Marth, formerly of Bethlehem, Pa., passed away Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008, in Harrison Senior Living Center, Georgetown. She was 79. She was the wife of the late Paul C. Marth, who died Feb. 6, 2005. Born in Linwood, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Carey) Ferguson. She was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Lewes. Matilda is survived by her loving family; daughter, Ellen M. Hermansader of Milford; sons, Peter P. of Hellertown, Pa., Michael M. of Nazareth, Pa., Paul C. of Carlisle, Pa., and Bernard J. of Nazareth, Pa. Matilda was very proud of her 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A viewing will be from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. Thursday morning in Downing Funeral Home, Inc., 1002 W. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. in Holy Family Catholic Church, 23 Forest Dr., Nazareth, Pa. Burial in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
