SMYRNA - This Christmas Eve surrounded by her family, the Lord joyously received into his arms, Martha Weber, devoted wife of 56 years to Albert Weber. Martha was a loving mother to Deborah Camp and husband Peter Camp and the late John Baldwin, Donna Capri and husband Paul Capri, and Laura Gregory. Grammy to Andrew Baldwin, Nick Baldwin, Rachael Huggins and husband Mike Huggins, Jamie Rae Capri, Jake Baldwin and wife Evelyn Baldwin, and Savannah Gregory, and brother to Donald Whitaker.
Martha received the certificate of Grateful Appreciation from the United States Air Force for her own unselfish, faithful and devoted service. She helped make possible her husbands lasting contribution to the nation with her support at home during Albert's 20 years of service. She is a Hero to Albert and her entire family.
Martha was born in Kentucky and raised in the city of Chicago. She had southern charm and city sass. She was a Brownie leader, PTA member, and blankie, lovey, woobie seamstress. Martha's profession was a credit and finance manager. She always made sure her family was first. Martha and Albert greeted each day with a dance. Their marriage is an example of love, friendship, equality, forgiveness, hope, and passion.
