Sissy was a homemaker who enjoyed kidding around and joking with people and going shopping. She was a loving mother who always did her best for her children. She was also a member of the Little Creek Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin H. Marker in 1973. Marker-Adkins of Pocomoke, Md.; a sister, Anna Mae Sherman of Littlecreek; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Her family is especially grateful for the excellent level of care and compassion that she received from the nurses of Seasons Hospice.
