Margaret B. Kane

HARTLY - Margaret B. Kane passed peacefully at her home on Monday, Aug. 14, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Kane. She is survived by her two children, Christopher Smith (Kory) and Kimberly Kane (Brent); her step-daughter, Shannon Griffith (Joe); and five grandchildren, Wyatt, Garrett, Hunter, Amelia and Taryn.
Margaret was an Army veteran that enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and crafting. She was an avid animal lover that donated generously to multiple causes.
A Celebration of Life service will be held, Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, at Pippin's Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave. in Wyoming. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. with the service following at 12 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Best Friends Animal Society or the S.P.C.A.
