Loretta Sinclair

DOVER - Loretta Sinclair passed away Thus., Sept. 5, 2013 at Kent General Hospital. Mrs. Sinclair was born Apr. 24, 1930 in Baltimore, Md. to the late Timothy Krusniewski and Elizabeth Weber Krusniewski. She worked as a paralegal for the State of Delaware retiring at the age of 70. Mrs. Sinclair devoted her life to her severely disabled son, David. She founded Baltimore County Parents and Friends of the Retarded (now called "Forward Visions"). She served the disabled in many ways including being a member of the Maryland Governor's Task Force for the Disabled and working to improve handicapped access in Ocean City. Mrs. Sinclair enjoyed gardening, playing scrabble, crab feasts, and long walks. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Benjamin Krusniewski, Ted Krus and Milton Kruse. Mrs. Sinclair is survived by her son, David Sinclair of Gambrills, Md.; daughters, Mary Sinclair of Silver Spring, Md. and Lisa Hart and her husband Tom of Napa, Calif.; her grandchildren Kara, Ryan, and Alex Hart; and her sister, Bernadine Fajkowski.
