DOVER - Leslie Eugene Little of Dover passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014 at Kent General Hospital. Mr. Little was born April 8, 1949 in Dover, Del., to the late Wilson D. Little and Isabel Wyatt Little. Mr. Little was raised in Dover and had served in the Army National Guard. He worked as an electrician first with J & W Electric, then went to work for the Delaware State Hospital in New Castle. His job at the State Hospital evolved into a job as a computer programmer where he stayed until his retirement in the 90s. He enjoyed working on and with computers including building websites and was a league bowler mostly at the Dover Bowl. He also loved his cats Boots and Blackie. In addition to his parents, Mr. Little was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy. He is survived by his daughters, Amy Parsell and her husband Greg of Smyrna and Lisa Robinson and her husband Robert of Clayton; his brother, Maurice Little and his wife Pat of Dover. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Alex Carrow and his wife Ashley of Smyrna, Glenn Lowman III and Megan Lowman both of Clayton, and Hunter Parsell of Smyrna. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Mar. 1, 2014 at the Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Rd (Rt.10), Dover, DE 19901 where friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time. Interment will be in the Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover, Delaware. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorial contributions be made to either Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901 or First State Animal Center SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Wyoming, DE 19934.
