Sudlersville, Md. - Lainey E. Webb died Sunday, Nov 25, 2018 in Caroline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Denton, Md.
Lainey was born June 14, 1953 in Chestertown, Md. the daughter of the late Linwood Davis Everett and Edna "Helen" Coleman Everett. Lainey was a 1971 graduate of Queen Anne's High School. She went to work for Kirby and Holloway Restaurant in Dover for a few years as well as working at Clyde's Sandwich Shop and Joseph M. George and Son. In 1986 she opened and operated a home daycare for about 15 years before eventually going to work as the office manager for Phillips Garage in Sudlersville. Lainey was a member of Sudlersville Volunteer Fire Co. and the Ladies Auxiliary where she held almost every position in the auxiliary. She was also a member of Calvary Asbury United Methodist Church in Sudlersville. She enjoyed bowling, going out to eat, cooking for her family and friends and spending time with her granddaughter.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Monte Edwin Webb in 2015.
She is survived by one daughter, Amanda Webb and significant other Donald Pinder and his son, Riley of Sudlersville, Md.; one son, Adam Webb, his wife Rachel and their daughter Alivia of Church Hill, Md; one sister, Linda Green and her family of Snow Hill, Md.; and special friends, Jack and Billie Comegys of Sudlersville, Md.
A visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Sudlersville Volunteer Fire Hall in Sudlersville. A Celebration of Life will begin at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Sudlersville Volunteer Fire Company, P.O. Box 61 Sudlersville, MD 21668 or to Calvary Asbury United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 202 Sudlersville, MD 21668.
