Kenneth Brown, 57

DOVER - Kenneth Brown, of Dover, died Thursday, June 19, 2008, at Milford Hospice Care Center. He was 57.

Mr. Brown was born May 13, 1951, in Manhattan, N.Y., to the late Lester Brown and Margaret (Russell) Brown.

He worked as a mason for Ready Enterprise in Norfolk, Va., until December 2007, when he moved to Dover to be closer to his daughter and her family.

Mr. Brown enjoyed watching wrestling with his grandson, Ian, crabbing, being outdoors and playing games with his family.

He just enjoyed and loved life in general.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Brown; his brother, Michael Brown; and his sister, Veronica Brown.

He is survived by two daughters, Jackie Brown and her boyfriend and the father of her children, Patrick Kampe, both of Dover, and Tori Lawrence of New Jersey; two brothers, Martin Brown of Jersey City, N.J., and Daniel Brown of Oregon; and three grandchildren, Ian Kampe and Aiden Kampe, both of Dover, and Tamara Lawrence of New Jersey.

Services will be private.
