DOVER - Kathleen Colbert, wife of Melvin Colbert, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Kent General Hospital from a long term illness. By her side was her faithful husband and she was in the arms of her loving daughter. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Faith Church of God In Christ, 120A S.
