HARRINGTON - Heaven has a new angel, Kathleen Ann Walters passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at her home. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She was born in Milford, the daughter of the late Donald Glenwood Donovan and Missouri Anna (Watson) Donovan.
She was a social worker for the State of Delaware. She enjoyed reading and loved her dog, Bella.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by a daughter, Wendy.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Walters; 5 children, Wayne Wilkerson, Jr., Rhonda Lee Stevens, Gary R. Stevens, Jr., Diane and Mark Stevens, Sr.; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
