Julia Valeria Holland, 92

SOUTH PASADENA, Fla. - Julia Valeria Holland of South Pasadena passed away Sunday, June 24, 2007, at Dolphins View Health Center in South Pasadena. She was 92.

Mrs. Holland was born Feb. 12, 1915, in Shrewsbury, Pa., to the late William and Beulah Wagner Burns.

She played the piano and organ in various churches in Dover and Milford, Del., for many years.

She wrote poetry and music.

Mrs. Holland was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph G. Holland, in 1992.

She is survived by a son, Ralph Holland of Seaford, Del.; a daughter, Hazel Pryor of Pasadena; and a sister, Muriel Miller of York, Pa.

Graveside and burial services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the Sharon Hill Memorial Park, Dover.

The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Delaware Hospice, 911 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
