MILLSBORO - Mrs. Joyce Howard Black of Millsboro, formerly of Savage, Md. passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015 at the age of 85. A memorial service will be noon, Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015 at Conley's United Methodist Church, 33106 Jolyn's Way, Lewes, DE 19958. Interment will be 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions in Joyce's memory to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
