SMYRNA - John M. Barlow, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2012, at Christiana Hospital, Newark. He was born in Wilmington on April 20, 1954. He was a mechanic at Miller Road Discount Transmissions. John loved fishing, camping, flea markets and yard sales, bingo, arcades and amusements. His family was the most important thing to him. He was preceded in death by his mother, Harriett and his sister Linda. He is survived by his wife, Shannon; children, Dawn Moulton, James Barlow, Dustie Barlow, Tiffinie Osborne; and step-daughter, Kristi Daniels; 13 grandchildren, Katelyn, Mary, Billy, Victoria, Jesse, Jason, Helen Rose, Kimberly, Cletus, Brandy, Jonathan, Sebestian and Destiny; one great-grandchild; and a brother, Dave Barlow. Memorial Services will be held 7 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2012, at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, where friends may call at 6 p.m. Interment will be private.
