John C. Dapcich, 54 SMYRNA - John C. Dapcich, of Smyrna, moved on to greener pastures on Tuesday, July 8, 2008. He was 54. Mr. Dapcich was born Nov. 24, 1953 in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by his loving wife Molly Malone and devoted stepson Mark Schwarz, both of Smyrna. Mr. Dapcich was an active member of the Sons of American Legion Post 14. He was a former harness driver, trainer, and owner. Mr. Dapcich will be sorely missed, mostly by Dodge and Toyota drivers everywhere. The tall guy with the hat can't hit you anymore. A private service will be 1 p.m., Thursday in Glenwood Cemetery in Smyrna. Arrangements by Faries Funeral Directors and Crematorium, Inc. 29 S.
