MILLSBORO - John A. Milliner, Jr. passed away on Monday, Dec. 9, 2013. A funeral service and celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. today, Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call after 11 a.m. Burial will follow at St. John's 2nd Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Helena Bailey will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Dept., 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
