SEAFORD - Joanne Elaine Reid passed away Sun., Aug. 18, 2013 in Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Born on Guam, she was the daughter of Jesus L. Evaristo of Seaford and the late Ana Iriarte Evaristo. She was a homemaker. She was a lover of exotic birds. Joanne is survived by her husband, Robert T. Reid; two daughters, Breanna Reid and Kaitlyn Reid, both of Seaford; four brothers, Joseph Evaristo of Guam, Jesus Evaristo, Frankie Evaristo and William Evaristo, all of Seaford; and a sister, Victoria Higgins of Laurel, Del. A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Fri., Aug. 30, 2013 in Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, Stein Hwy., Seaford, DE. Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Seaford. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. Arrangements are in the care of Watson-Yates Funeral Home in Seaford.
