AUSTIN, Texas - Jeffrey S. Shiels, age 37 of Austin, Texas, formerly of Dover, Del., died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011 in Austin. Born in Dover, Del. he was the son of Roy and Socorro Longoria Shiels. Jeffrey was a graduate of Dover High School and had later graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York where he had lived and worked for several years as an aspiring Film Producer prior to moving to Austin. A gifted photographer, Jeffrey pursued his passion as it was also his number one hobby. Jeffrey leaves his parents, Roy and Socorro Shiels of Dover, Del.; and his sister, Socorro Diane Shiels of Sacramento, Calif.; along with several aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Graveside Committal Services at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 in Sharon Hill Memorial Park, Dover, Del.
