Lankford, 81 GREENWOOD - Jeannette A. Lankford, of Greenwood went from this world to a better world on March 11, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. She was 81. Born on June 24, 1933, she was the daughter of Otis and Huldah (Smith) Johnson. Jeannette enjoyed making flower arrangements, doing ceramics and giving both away to family and friends. She also enjoyed feeding the birds. She worked as a sewing machine operator, a waitress, and she worked at Super Fresh. Her grandkids were the apple of her eye. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Burt Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Bobby; a sister, Anita Fischer; her children, Martin Adams (Juanita), Janet Stoeckel (Stokes), Lottie Drummond (Paul), Debbie Hall (Allen), Glen Lankford, Joe Buccio, Tom Lankford (Kim), Donny Lankford (Joan); nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; grand dogs; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be 6 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2015 at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market St, Greenwood. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Internment will be private. In her memory donations may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, 7 Mill Brook Road, Wilton, NH 03086.
