DOVER - Jean E Phillips, of Dover and formerly of Odessa passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012. She is survived by her brother, James A Ennis; her sons, Frederick S. Newnam of Sedona, Ariz., and Douglas R Phillips of Dover, Del.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 North Broad Street, Middletown, Delaware. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will be in Old Drawyers Cemetery, U.S. 13 North of Odessa.
