SMYRNA - Jayana Kaprii Hopkins of Smyrna went home to be with the angels on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008.
She is survived and will be greatly missed by her parents, Desmond Jay Hopkins and Dynel D. Tribbett; as well as her sisters, great-grandmother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and all who loved her.
Arrangements were by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
Samyre 'Myre-Myre' Ashton Black, 5 weeks
WORTON, Md. - Samyre Ashton "Myre-Myre" Black, of Worton, departed this life Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008, in Chester River Hospital. He was 5 weeks old.
He was born Jan. 14, 2008, in Chestertown, and was the loving son of Samuel Black Jr. and Ashley Tucker.
In addition to his parents, he will be sadly missed by his only brother, Camron Tucker; grandfather, Samuel Black Sr. of Chestertown; two grandmothers, Lorena Hynson of Chestertown and Jackie Tucker of Rock Hall; two aunts, Renotta and LaTasha Freeman of Chestertown; two uncles, Darnell Black of Chestertown and Preston Tucker of Rock Hall; a step-uncle, Damien Jefferson of Chestertown; and a host of other great- and great-great-aunts, -uncles and cousins.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Worton.
Burial will be in St. James Church Cemetery, Worton.
