James Edward Willis Sr.

GREENWOOD - James Edward "Jim" Willis Sr. passed away peacefully at Home on Saturday, July 30, 2016. Mr. Willis was born in Milford to the late James Norman, Sr. and Agnes (Willis) Macklin and his step father Harry D. Macklin. He was a truck driver for Reed Trucking Co., and was a member of the Truck Drivers Association, and the American Pool Association. He loved cars and boating and was known to be a backyard mechanic. Jim is the oldest of twelve siblings. He is survived by his wife Christina Willis, whom he was separated from, his finance, Ann Joyner Willis; children, Danny Goss, Mollie S. Willis, James 'Jimmy' E. Willis Jr., Nora Jean Willis; step-son, Christian Richards; and several step children, step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Arrangement handled by Berry Short Funeral Home, Milford, Delaware In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to the Greenwood UM Church, P.O. Box 2017, Greenwood, Delaware 19950.
