WESTMINISTER, Md. - James C. Nye, 69, of Westminster, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 18th, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Linda Nye, of Westminster; his son, James C. Nye, Jr. and his wife Tracy of Marydel, Del.; his son, Jeremy Nye of Cheswold, Del.; his daughter, Tracy Canady and her husband LeJuan of Baltimore; his daughter, Wendy Mantz of Westminster; his sister, Adelyn Nye of Newark, Del. and her family; his sister-in-law, Patti Connor and her son David of Westminster; and 13 grandchildren. A memorial service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Crossroads Community Church, in Westminster,. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Gilchrist Hospice, 11311 McCormick Rd., Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD, 21031.
