Irma Kickery

(Hammond) Kickery, 82 LINCOLN - Irma "Connie" (Hammond) Kickery and formerly of Dover, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Harrison House of Georgetown. Mrs. Kickery was born in Harrington, the daughter of the late Walter and Mae (Hastings) Hammond. She worked as a secretary at Playtex in Dover for many years and then for the Reichold Company in Dover. She then went to work at the Murphy School in Dover for 10 years before retiring. She enjoyed bowling and travelling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Pierce Hammond; and a sister, Evelyn Messick Austin. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will be in St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood.
