SMYRNA - Howard F. Bordley of Smyrna passed away on August 28, 2014 at Kent General Hospital. Born on June 6, 1947 he was the son of Walter and Ella Bordley. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday September 5, 2014 at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover, Delaware 19904 where friends may call two hours prior to service.
