HARRINGTON - Helen E. Wyatt passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at her home. Mrs. Wyatt was born in Greensboro, Md. to the late, Albert and Beulah Price.
Mrs. Wyatt worked various jobs, but was mainly a homemaker and stay at home mom.
Mrs. Wyatt enjoyed going to yard sales and visiting the slots. She enjoyed being around her family, and loved to cook for them. While her husband was still living, she enjoyed going on weekly rides with him up and down the Eastern Shore. She enjoyed celebrating the holidays, especially Christmas, when she always went overboard in making sure everyone had a present.
Mrs. Wyatt loved life, and always made it a point to laugh and have fun. She was always smiling and made everyone around her smile. She loved to take care of people, and truly had a servants heart, something she passed down to her daughters. Her feisty personality and zest for life will be missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Wyatt.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Price (Howard), Brenda DeLong, Tabitha Messick (Richard); sisters, Ethel Gallo, Betty Ann Holder; grandchildren, Dawn Melvin, Spence Price, Madison Messick, Kyle Spillane, Clay Messick; great grandchildren, Trevor Melvin, Ella Price, Cole Melvin.
Services for Mrs. Wyatt will be Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, at 1 p.m. A visitation for family and friends will start at 12 noon. Interment will take place at the Hollywood Cemetery.
