DOVER - Frank O. Baria, died Aug. 25, 2012, at Bay Health Medical Center, Dover. Born in Colon, Panama he was the son of the late Frank and Ema Evans Baria. Frank had served as a Master Sgt. in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of WW-2, Korea and Vietnam. He retired in 1967 after 23 years of service. He had lived in Brooklyn, N.Y. until moving to Dover in 1995. Mr. Baria had been a member of Holy Cross Church in Dover and was a long time member of the Air Force Sergeants Association and the Disabled American Veterans Organization. He had been a dedicated father and grandfather and enjoyed the time spent with his friends at the Dover Modern Maturity Center. His vacations spent on cruises were very special times in Frank's life and he will be missed by the countless number of people that he befriended during his lifetime. He is survived by his children, Sandra Galvin of Germantown, Md, Delia Mele of Vero Beach, Fla., Tanya Baria of New York, N.Y., Antonio Davila of Milford, Del., and Marco Baria of New York, N.Y.; two brothers, Frank Baria, of W. Va., Richard Baria, of Texas; one sister, Mona, of W.Va; along with his two grandchildren, Christopher and Syon. Friends may call Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St. Dover, DE. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, Aug. 31, 2012 at 9 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State St. Dover. Interment with Military Honors will be at 11 a.m. in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, DE. Condolences and Guest Book signings may be made via www.ambruso.com
