DOVER - Frances V. Stallingsworth passed away on Aug. 17, 2018 in Dover. Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018 at Mt. Joy U.M. Church, 451 Townsend St., Wilmington at 10:30 a.m. with viewing one half (1/2) hour prior to the service. Friends may also view at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover on Aug. 29, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. Interment will be at Veterans Cemetery, Bear. Professional arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
