MILLSBORO - Mrs. Frances Parker of Millsboro, passed away with her son and daughter-in-law by her side on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. She was 83 years old. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may visit from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the Dagsboro Redmens Memorial Cemetery.
