DOVER - Frances M. Paxton passed away on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016. Mrs. Paxton was born May 16th, 1920 in Dover to the late Emma Morris and Homer Morgan. In her youth Frances was a school teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Paxton in 2004. Services will be held 11 am Monday, Aug. 15, 2016 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904. Interment will follow at Immanuel Union United Methodist Church in Cheswold. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
