GEORGETOWN - Frances Ann Smith Roach, of Georgetown, passed away on July 6, 2011, at Del. Hospice Center in Milford. She was 66. She was born in Lexington, N.C., the daughter of the late Leonard and Minnie (Allred) Smith. She was a realtor in Delaware for 27 years. She attended Bayshore Community Church of Rehoboth. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William "Bill" Roach; three children, John Roach and wife Brenda, Lenny Roach and Stephen Roach; and two grandchildren, Christopher and Tabitha Roach. Friends may call Sunday, July 10, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E Market St., Georgetown, Del. Friends may also call Wednesday night, July 13th, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fair Funeral Home, 432 Boone Road, Eden, N.C.
