HARTLY - Eugenia Ebling of Hartly, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at home. She was 47. Eugenia was born November 26, 1968 in Dover, to William Cloak, Jr. and Regina Hammond Cloak. She was a housewife and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Charles Ebling of Hartly; sons, David Cloak and William Franks both of Hartly; daughter, Ashley Cloak of Camden; brothers, William Cloak, III of Felton, Edward Cloak of Camden; sisters, Terry Cloak of Magnolia; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12 p.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
