SEAFORD - Elmer T. Moore, age 83, of Seaford, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 18, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. His love of family will be cherished forever by his son, Richard Moore and wife Vicki; his daughters, Barbara Ellingsworth and husband Vernon, and Karen Tice and husband Danny; a brother, sisters, six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service was held at Christ Evangelistic Church, 9208 Camp Rd., Laurel, on Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, at 1 p.m., where a visitation was held from noon to 1 p.m. The Rev. Roland Tice and Rev.
