Elizabeth Moore, 91
MILFORD - Elizabeth Moore, of Milford, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008, in the Seaford Center. She was 91.
All the pain and grief is over; she is at home in heaven.
Mrs. Moore was born Nov. 23, 1916, in Cambridge, Md., daughter of the late James Ellison Hughes and Mary Viola (Crosby) Hughes.
She was employed several years at Milford Stitching Co., retiring a number of years ago.
Mrs. Moore attended Aldersgate Wesleyan Church in Milford.
She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening and canning the vegetables she harvested.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, LeRoy Moore; and her beloved son, James E. Moore.
She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Barbara and Ronald Voshell of Lincoln and Faye and John Knight of Brooklyn, Conn.; her daughter-in-law, Elaine Moore of Greenwood; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Services and burial will be private at the family's request.
Arrangements are by the Fleischauer Funeral Home, Greenwood.
