Eleanor V. O'Malley, 91

SMYRNA - Eleanor V. O'Malley, 91, of the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill passed away Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009. She was born on May 15, 1918, in Philadelphia, to the late Joseph and Anna Uzdan. Eleanor was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing. She is survived by three children, Eileen Sangmeister of Palm Desert, Calif., Patricia Tetrick of Miami, Fla., and Dennis O'Malley of Ocean View; and three grandchildren, Alexandra Sangmeister, CJ Sangmeister, and Patricia Tetrick. Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 9, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, State St., Dover. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Philadelphia.
