Eleanor Joan Freeman, 67

GREENBELT, Md. - Eleanor Joan Freeman of Greenbelt entered God's Kingdom on Monday, April 16, 2007, in Silver Lake Nursing Home, Dover. She was 67.

Mrs. Freeman was born and raised in Takoma Park. She was born on Aug. 27, 1939.

She is preceded in death by her late husband, Robert A. Freeman; her parents, Margaret Mae and Edward Boyd Wise; and cousins, John Eric Seiling and Robert Bruce Reinoehl.

She is survived by her sister, Judith A. and her husband, William M. Holmes of Felton; niece, Holly A. and her husband, Clarence L. Wilkinson; a niece and nephew, Amanda Lynn and Clarence Leroy, two step-daughters, Teri C. Freeman of Front Royal, Va. and Michelle L. and her husband, David Lyons of Lothian; seven grandchildren Jessica Seibel, Joshua Seibel and Michael Seibel of Front Royal, Va., Jake Pike and Nicole Pike, Meadow Skipper, and Baby Dave Lyons Jr. of Lothian; an uncle and aunts, Jack and Jody Wise and Frances Jeanette Seiling, all of Huntingtown and Betty J. Reinoehl of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; and five cousins, Cindy DeBosky and John Frank Wise, of Huntingtown; Susan E. Thomason, of Irving, Texas, Anne E. Perkerson and Peggy M. Tilley of Oakridge, Tenn.

A memorial service will be held June 2 at 12:45 p.m. in the Mausoleum Chapel at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, for Joan and her husband, Robert, who preceded her in death on Aug. 16, 1990.

All are invited to attend.

Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
