Elaine Weaver, 60
WILMINGTON - Elaine Weaver departed this life on Jul. 22, 2021, in her home. She graduated from Milford High School and attended Goldey-Beacom College.
Elaine had an overwhelming love for her children and the utmost honor for her mother. She made sure everyone felt welcomed. Her smile and the love she exuded will never be forgotten.
Elaine was preceded in death by her father, Nathaniel Powell, Jr.; her brother, Dennis R. Weaver; her sister, Jean V. Powell; her brother, Wayman Paskins; stepfather, James Davis Jr.; and her grandson, Ameer T. Paul.
Elaine leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Sadie M. Davis; her children, (Alvin) Sheea L. Weaver, and Kyheen P. Weaver; her siblings, Nathan A. Powell (Gwen), Delema M. Duffy (Frederick), Earl L. Smith, Dwayne Powell; and two stepsisters, Eunette Warren and Sharon Fails.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. Jesus Love Temple, 106 S. Walnut Street Milford, DE 19963. Family and friends may visit two hours prior to the service.
